History
- 1995 - The Belgian group FABRICOM (owned by SUEZ) sets up a subsidiary in France : FABRICOM AUTOMATION SYSTEMES D'ASSEMBLAGE resulting from the merger and acquisition of the 4 following companies : SORMEL and AIR AUTOMATION in Besançon (25), ADL AUTOMATION and PROTUS in Valence (26).
- 1996 - Acquisition of know-how in tightening systems with SERT GARBEIX (Drôme)
- 1999 - Acquisition / Merger of SODIMAT (Compiègne) and Eurotech (Paris).
Creation of an office in Paris (Arcueil).
The company becomes FABRICOM SYSTEMES D'ASSEMBLAGE (FSA).
- 2000 - Fabricom Systèmes d'Assemblage takes over TEHNOMAT, a Romanian company (Cluj).
- 2001 - Fabricom Systèmes d'Assemblage sets up a joint venture in Brazil with JVS EQUIPAMENTOS PARA AUTOMAÇÃO INDUSTRIAL LTDA : JVS Fabricom (Sao Paulo) is created.
- 2005 - Following Suez Group reorganization, Fabricom Systèmes d'Assemblage joins the French branch of Suez Energy Services (SES)
- 2006 - Fabricom Systèmes d'Assemblage sets up a joint venture in China with BYJC : BYJC Fabricom (Beijing) is created.
- 2007 - Fabricom Systèmes d'Assemblage diversifies and opens 2 offices (Antony, Metz)
- 2008 - Fabricom Systèmes d'Assemblage widens its coverage of France to develop its «Services» strategy : a new office is opened in Normandy, and an other one is in project in North.
